Grotworm is a type of creature only encountered within the belly of the Queen black dragon together with Flying Leeches during the Song from the Depths quest. They look very similar to young grotworms, and shouldn't be confused with the level 91 grotworms.
They are aggressive without regard to the player's combat level.
