A Vanilla pod is used to make the Creme brulee supreme for the Recipe for Disaster quest. It is picked in the Kharazi Jungle. Five Vanilla plants are located south-west of the small pool of water in the Kharazi Jungle by the beach. If used with the Cornflour mixture, it will create an incomplete brulee.
You must have started the Legends' Quest to enter the jungle.
