The Gorgonite plateskirt is an item from Dungeoneering. It is a tier 9 item. It can be made from 3 gorgonite bars. They require 80 defence to be worn. It can be dropped by Night-gazer Khighorahk. Interestingly it has different stats to The gorgonite platelegs. Unlike the gorgonite platelegs, the plateskirt does not take away from magic and ranged attack quite as much. The gorgonite platelegs offers -21 to magic attack and -7 to range attack while the plateskirt only offers -18 to magic attack and -3 to range attack. This item is not usually bound because most people prefer to bind a platebody or a two handed weapon. Players with a high enough dungeoneering level to bind three or four items usually have a high enough defence to bind better armour.

It can be made at level 88 Smithing with four Gorgonite bars, giving 344 experience.
