A Gorged ancient effigy is the fourth and final stage of an ancient effigy, requiring the highest skill levels to complete. It can be obtained by imbuing knowledge into a Sated ancient effigy, which requires at least level 95 in the skill in which it craves knowledge. A Gorged Ancient Effigy requires one of the two skills in which it requests knowledge to be at level 97 or greater; however, it can be banked until the player either has a sufficient skill level or can receive an assist via the assist system. Receiving an assist to investigate an effigy does not grant the owner of the effigy any experience; the full experience will be granted to the person giving the assist. Gorged Ancient Effigies do not stack, either in the inventory or in a bank. It will disappear upon investigating, granting 30,000 experience and a Dragonkin lamp, which can be used for additional experience.
Note: Dragonkin lamps may not be banked, thus some players may choose to keep their Gorged Ancient Effigies in the bank until they are ready to use their Dragonkin Lamps.
Trivia
- Even though its value is 100,000 coins, if you kill someone in the Wilderness while they have it in their inventory you will not get any coins.
