A Golden needle is an item that players may obtain during the Priest in Peril, whilst searching the monuments in the Paterdomus temple's dungeon for an iron key. The needle has no known use, as players cannot use it in Crafting, and it does not stack like other needles do. It cannot be obtained after the quest is complete, because of an unknown update a few years ago. Before the update, it was possible to take a normal needle and replace it for the golden one.
