The gnome scarf is a possible item reward of the Gnome Restaurant activity. Players can receive it from Captain Daerkin and Captain Ninto, both of whom are possible customers for the harder deliveries.
The scarf is mainly used for its appearance and merchant status as it is expensive, prominent and has no requirements.
The gnome scarf can be coloured blue, green, yellow or pink as part of the Members Loyalty Programme for 2,000 Loyalty points.
It should be noted the gnome scarf is very hard to get and can take 1-3 hours to get.

Pink re-coloured scarf before graphical update
Trivia
- Within the month leading to the 2008 Christmas event, the Gnome Scarf saw a substantial increase in value. This was due to the promise of Santa Suit release, with which the Scarf is viewed by others as the perfect accessory. The price increase could also be explained by a glitch, which was fixed at around the same time, which previously allowed players to avoid undesirable orders.
- During the end of June 2010 the price of Gnome scarves flew from 1.3 million coins to 4.5 million coins. This is the highest price that gnome scarfs have ever been. At around 14 August 2010, the Gnome Scarf started to drop.
- The look of this item was changed on 5 November 2007. Then changed again on 21 September 2011.
- The update on the Gnome Scarf on 4 October 2011 caused the Gnome Scarf to stretch out while doing any action at all that moves the character's neck anywhere other than the default posture. This was fixed on 12 October.
