Glaiven boots are one of the three boots which were released at the same time as Ritual of the Mahjarrat quest, with the other two boots being the Steadfast boots & Ragefire boots. They are dropped by Glacors after you have completed the quest, although the quest is not required to wear them. You need 75 Defence and Ranged to wear them.
The Glaiven boots have the second highest ranged attack bonus of any boots in the game, only behind the pernix boots.
