Frank's mark is an item from the Rocking Out quest. It is one of the five marks needed for the quest, in order to make Young Ralph talk about Rabid Jack.
If dropped, talk to Redbeard Frank again:
- Player: I lost your mark.
- Redbeard Frank: This be a very serious matter, <player>! I hope ye can account fer the last one, as I'm not happy my mark is loose, out there someplace.
