The fractite hatchet is a Tier 5 hatchet, found in Daemonheim. It requires level 40 Attack to wield, and level 40 Woodcutting to chop the various trees in Daemonheim, or to clear the Woodcutting doors.
It can be made from one fractite bar, requiring level 42 Smithing and giving 47 experience. It is also a possible drop from the Bulwark Beast.
This is the strongest hatchet available to free-to-play.
Binding this item is not recommended as players may add it to their dungeoneering toolbelt to keep it between floors. If the player does not have the required woodcutting level to use it, it will automatically function as the highest level hatchet they can use.
