Fire titans are level 79 Summoning familiars, introduced with the "Summoning 2" update on 31 March 2008. They belong to the Titan group of familiars, and currently share the special move, Titan's Constitution, with 2 other titans: Moss titan and Ice titan.

Fire titan pouch is made by using a Summoning pouch on a Summoning obelisk with 198 spirit shards, a Blue charm and a fire talisman in the inventory. Making the pouch earns 695.2 experience points. Using the pouch to summon a Fire titan gains 7.9 experience points, and costs 9 Summoning points.

Titan's constitution scroll enables the use of the Titan's Constitution special move for a Fire titan. Using the pouch on a Summoning obelisk creates 10 scrolls. This scroll can also be used for Moss titans and Ice titans.
Titan's Constitution
Titan's Constitution is the special move for fire, moss and ice titans, which boosts Defence and Lifepoints levels significantly. The special raises defence by 12.5 Percent. 240 Points of life can be gained per special attack bar. It can also temporarily increase a player's max LP but only by 80.

Trivia
- Fire Titans seem to like singing. This is revealed when a player talks to it, and it is constantly composing new songs.
- One of the dialogues has a reference to a song "Relight My Fire."
- Another song contains the lines "It's raining flame/Huzzah!". This may be a parody of "It's Raining Men" by Weather Girls, in which the chorus lines go "It's raining men/Hallelujah!"
- The third conversation is a reference to the song "I'm Coming Out" by Diana Ross.
- Ice, moss and fire titans are one of only three summoning familiar groups with a shared scroll ability, the others being the Call to arms scroll, which is shared by the Void Torcher, the Void Shifter, the Void Ravager, and the Void Spinner, and the Petrifying gaze scroll, which is shared by the Spirit Cockatrice, Spirit Saratrice, Spirit Zamatrice, Spirit Guthatrice, Spirit Coraxatrice, Spirit Pengatrice, and Spirit Vulatrice.
