The Factory top is a reward from the Flash Powder Factory minigame and is part of the factory outfit. It can be bought from Brian O'Richard for 3500 Brianpoints. While equipped, it gives an extra two minutes per game.
The entire outfit confers a major bonus to Herblore; wearing three out of the five factory items will give a chance of creating 4-dose potions instead of 3-dose, and while wearing all five of the pieces, creating unfinished potions will give the same amount of experience as cleaning the relevant herb.
