The Energy projectors are a quest item needed to complete the Chosen Commander quest.
Players must fetch the Energy projectors, along with a Focusing chamber, from the power station and return them to Oldak.
To collect the Energy projectors, players must simply go to Turgall, the Power Station operator. Turgall is located south out of the city, east of the entrance to the Agility course cavern.
When attached to a Dorgeshuun crossbow the Energy projectors can actually be seen when worn.
