Edible seaweed is a food item which is dropped by Rock Crabs and Ranged Dagannoths on Waterbirth Island, and can also be found while Fishing with a big net or during the Fishing Trawler minigame. It can also be found on a small island off the coast of Mos Le'Harmless, near several teak and mahogany trees. It is also dropped by Sea snake young. When eaten, it restores 40 life points.
Edible seaweed can be one of the 50 items needed to obtain the Death talisman in Mourning's Ends Part II and also one of the items that may be chosen for the Phasma phantasmas natura in Fairy Tale Part I: Growing Pains.
