Examine | Kindling from an evil tree's root from the Land of Holly and Hawthorn. |
Weight | 0 kg |
Easter evil tree kindling was an item obtainable by chopping an evil root from an Evil hawthorn tree or an Evil holly tree, during the 2011 Easter event.
Overview
The kindling were used (in conjunction with a tinderbox) to start a fire around one side of an evil tree. Multiple fires could have been created to completely surround the tree, slightly adding to the damage inflicted.
However, burning kindling had no quest significance whatsoever; it was completely optional, and players would've still received a Year even if they had not lit any fires to the tree (but you had to have chopped at the tree at least once).
Trivia
- Any kindling retrieved during or after the quests could still have been kept, taken out of the Land of Holly and Hawthorn, and even be banked.
- After the event was removed, any kindlings that the player had saved remained for some weeks before disappearing.
- Normal evil tree kindling was usable in place of Easter evil tree kindling during the event.
