Diamond jubilee souvenir flags were originally sold by Will Shakenspear, found in Varrock square, in celebration of the Diamond Jubilee. Now, Diango is the one who sells them. There are 3 colours of flag available - white, red and blue.
They can be wielded in the weapons slot, although provide no bonuses. When wielded, they have an emote, wave, in which the flag is waved by the player for a few seconds.
