Dense jungle

Dense jungle is one of the three types of jungle plants found in the harsh jungle of Karamja, along with light jungle and medium jungle. It can be cut with a machete at level 35 Woodcutting, giving 80 experience, and does not yield any logs, though it does yield Thatch spar dense for the Tai Bwo Wannai Cleanup activity.

It can be hard to find. Several spawns are present near Trufitus hut.

When cutting these many dangerous things may pop out such as: Broodoo victims, Mosquito Swarms, Tribesman, bush snakes, or jungle spiders. Be sure to bring Antipoison as they may poison you. If you are a low level or a pure it is suggested to bring a small amount of Food, Restore Potions and some decent Armour . These attacks occur quite often. The player may also reveal Gout tubers or gem rocks while chopping this.
