Trufitus Shakaya is a non-player character who is the start point of Jungle Potion, a quest that involves running all over the island of Karamja to collect various herbs. He is also the shaman of Tai Bwo Wannai Village, and is involved in the Shilo Village quest. In that quest, the player brings to him scrolls and other artefacts to have them examined and be given advice on what to do next. He is in the eastern-most house north of Tai Bwo Wannai Village. He appears to be wearing Beads of the dead. He appears to be an influential figure on Karamja.
