David Mendleberg, together with Kathy Corkat, has a rowing boat west of the Tree Gnome Stronghold where they sail players up to the Piscatoris Fishing Colony. This costs 50 coins but is free with a Ring of Charos (a). He only appears here before you complete Swan Song, and can no longer be found in game after completing the quest.
