Darts are a type of one-handed members-only Ranged projectile. Most of them are able to be poisoned. They can be fletched post-completion of The Tourist Trap quest, by initially smithing 10 dart tips per metal bar, and then attaching feathers. Black, dragon darts, blisterwood stakes and deathtouched darts are the exceptions; they must be obtained or created using a different method.

Darts, alongside knives, are amongst the fastest weapons in the game, and can consistently strike as fast as the special attack of a dragon dagger, making darts a somewhat popular weapon to train Ranged with. This means that players who train with attack style set to rapid will often see two damage splats on the enemy at once. They do, however, tend to be very expensive due to the high demand and rate of consumption.
