A D&D token (tears of guthix) is an item gained from the Squeal of Fortune that granting the player an extra attempt at the Tears of Guthix distraction and diversion and its corresponding reward. The cooldown time is reset and the experience and quest point requirement is waived allowing instant access to Tears of Guthix even if you have just collected tears. Only one Tears of Guthix token can be used once per week.
