A Climbing hook head is an item needed for the bridge puzzle room in Dungeoneering. It can be made by repairing a Broken climbing hook head on an the anvil. Combining it with a Meatcorn rope will to create a Climbing hook. The climbing hook can then be used on the bridge, so that operating the winch will make the bridge expand outwards. It can then be crossed.
