The clan charter is a charter which four founders of a Clan have to sign. It is obtained by talking to the Scribe. Along with the starter of the clan, these four founders will make a clan start. If used on another player, it will invite them to help found a clan with you, so long as they don't belong to one already. Also players cannot log in and log out of various accounts using two computers as the founders get removed if they log off.
Note that you can only invite players inside the Clan Camp with the clan charter, unlike inviting players when your clan is already founded.
