Cinnamon twigs are a quest item used in the quest In Pyre Need. It is obtained by using secateurs on a cinnamon tree inside the Phoenix's cave. These can then be used with a knife to make a Cinnamon weaving ribbon.
They are also obtained and used in the same way during the Phoenix Lair Distraction & Diversion.
