Cinnamon is used to make a creme brulee supreme during the Recipe for Disaster quest (Saving Sir Amik Varze sub-quest). It is obtained by using a dramen branch with a pestle and Mortar. Although there is a real cinnamon tree in the game, it cannot be used to obtain cinnamon- it must come from the dramen tree. If used with an incomplete brulee, it will make a raw brulee.
