Bucket of water (blessed) is used in the Priest in Peril quest by having a Bucket of water (murky) in the player's inventory and speaking to Drezel to bless it. It needs to be poured over the vampire to trap it in its coffin long enough for Drezel to escape from his prison without waking it. It is water from the River Salve that has been purified.
