The blood tither is a non-player character that the player assaults to amuse Misdrievus Vakan. The player can either choose to actually punch him or convince him to fall and pretend to punch him. Either way the blood tither will break his vial containing his sample of blood and will be scolded by the Tithe master. He will blame the player for breaking his vial. Ultimately it is up to the player to decide what his punishment will be.
Trivia
- There is currectly a glitch, which makes the blood tither visible to the players who have already finished the quest, even if they have decided to punish him. In order for it to happen, the player must lose connection due to lagging. This has yet to be fixed.
