A Blood spindle staff can only be found in Daemonheim and has no requirements to wield. At complexity level 3+ and level 28 Fletching, the staff can be made by using a knife on Blood spindle branches.

As a staff made of Tier 3 wood it can be imbued on a runecrafting altar to become any of the Low Tier magic staves up to the fire staff (30 Runecrafting required). It is lowest level staff that can be imbued to become a fire staff.

Both Blood spindle branches and a knife can be bought from the Smuggler. They can also be cut from a blood spindle tree and are dropped by many monsters, but the staves are harder to find in free-to-play worlds.

Non-members cannot craft staves but can imbue them into various staves.
