The Blacksmith's boots are an item obtainable from the Squeal of Fortune. When worn, they provide a 1% boost (up to 5% when worn with other parts of the Blacksmith's outfit) in experience while training smithing. The item is won with an initial charge of 30 days, which goes down everyday at 00:00 UTC; the boost timer may be replenished at any time by using either a 1 day or 7 days skill set recharge.
