Black dragonhide chaps are part of the black dragonhide armour set worn in the legwear slot. Black dragonhide chaps are available to member rangers and require 70 Ranged to wear. They can also be created by members through the Crafting skill at level 82 from two black dragonleathers, giving 172 Crafting experience. They have defence bonuses comparable to adamant platelegs, as well as having a considerable magic bonus.
The chaps are of high popularity among high-levelled pures due to the fact that the only level needed to wear them is 70 Ranged; there is no Defence requirement.
