Backhand is an ability in the Ability book. It is a Basic Attack ability which requires level 15 Attack to use and works with all melee weapons. It has a cooldown time of 15 seconds. When activated players smack their target with the back of their hand, stunning them for 3 seconds. Targets that are immune to stuns will be hit for 188% weapon damage, previously 400%.
