Attacker lvl 5 is an item worn in the cape slot while playing Barbarian Assault. It shows a player's attacker level by creating a red circle around them with the attacker symbol and a gold star. It cannot be removed or interacted with in any way besides examining it. When a game of Barbarian Assault finishes, the icon is removed.

Having level 5 in the Attacker role gives players a base damage of 50 life points on penance monsters. It also lets players upgrade their penance horn to a penance master horn by talking to Commander Connad.
