The Address label is a quest item used in the Tribal Totem quest. Players can obtain it by searching the crates south-east of the southern-most bank in East Ardougne in the RPDT Depot.
The player must then use the label on the teleport block created by Wizard Cromperty so that it is delivered to Lord Handelmort's Mansion, after which the player can teleport into his house to continue the quest.
