Wood shards of Waxwood are obtained during the quest A Void Dance, in which the player, Captain Korasi and Jessika investigate an escaped Void leech. Their search leads them to the island of Karamja, where they find that the creature has been captured, and shards of the rare wood "Waxwood" are left. The shards are then taken to the Chemist of Rimmington's workshop.
