Surefooted is an aura available as part of the Members Loyalty Programme and can be purchased from Xuan in Burthorpe or Varrock, for 5,000 Membership Loyalty Points. Upon its release, it was on sale for 400 points instead of 5,000.

When active, this aura gives a 20 minute period in which you cannot fail an obstacle in an agility course and fully regenerates run energy whenever the player is not running. Like all auras, a one minute notice before the aura is depleted is given. Finding strange rocks is possible with this aura active. It has a recharge period of two hours. Also, as with all auras, if the account using it is logged out while the aura is activated, the timer will continue to run out. It is currently unknown if this aura has any use for obstacles. This aura does NOT work for the agility part of Balthazar Beauregard's Big Top Bonanza, or either the Agility challenge in Mournings End Part II or the Agility path in Underground Pass.

Recharge is 2 hours. Being offline will continue recharge.

The surefooted aura currently doesn't have any effect on the Dorgesh-Kaan Agility Course.

During the 20 minutes the aura is active, it is possible to gain up to 16.3k xp at Ape Atoll Agility Course or 11.2k xp at Brimhaven Agility Arena continually jumping spinning blades (22.4k xp if using a filled penance horn), or even more than 22k xp in the Bandos throne room.

While using this aura at the Agility Pyramid it is possible to fail at an obstacle when it is repeated. It is also possible to fail at the blade obstacle at Brimhaven Agility Arena and take damage as it depends on player actions rather than agility level and probability.

As of September 2011 with the release of tier 2 auras, Loyalty Program members who have purchased the Surefooted aura can now purchase the upgraded version, Greater Surefooted for 17,000 loyalty points. Greater Surefooted doubles the activated time, granting a 40 minute time period in which obstacles will not be failed.

At the moment, the run meter regeneration occurs anywhere in the game and not just on agility courses. This gives players 20 or 40 minutes of unlimited run energy useful for events such as Troll Invasion or the All Fired Up minigames. This aura also works on the balancing keg game at the Warriors guild.

This aura does not work in the Flash Powder Factory minigame.
