Thok runes can be crafted during the Fremennik Saga Thok it to 'Em by using Crunchy rune rocks on an Oddly shaped table. When eaten, they restore 10% of Thok's special attack bar and heal 1 life point, unlike Crunchy rune rocks, which only restore 1 Lifepoint.
