A Gold cannon furnace is the furnace for a Gold dwarf multicannon. The only way to obtain one of these is to unlock access from Elof in the Artisan's Workshop with 50% Respect. Once unlocked, speak with Elof with all four cannon pieces in your inventory to have it exchanged for a Gold dwarf multicannon. This item is purely cosmetic and does nothing more than a regular Cannon furnace.
