Cosmic boots are an elemental pair of boots that can be made after completion of Elemental Workshop IV. They may be smithed using one cosmic bar and a hammer on the anvil on the first level of the elemental workshop, requiring 42 Smithing and a notched book in the inventory. As with most elemental armour pieces, these boots confer minimal bonuses to combat statistics. They require 40 Defence to wear.
