Normal penguins are one of two possible loot items found while hunting penguins in the Penguin Hunting Area, the other being a Kgp agent. While the Kgp agents can be turned into Jim, the nearby PBJ agent, for interrogation, normal penguins cannot. They have no use and can only be released or alchemized.
