The Void knight commendation is a reward for completing A Void Dance. When you give this to a Void Knight you will get 50 Void Knight commendation points (also known as "Pest points") which can be used to get reward items from them. When you choose the "Info" option on it, it will say "Take this to a Knight of the Void Knights' Outpost to redeem it."
