The Ancient stole is part of the Vestment set and can be obtained by doing level 4 Treasure trails, the Grand Exchange, or trading with another player. The stoles are equipped in the neckwear slot and require at least level 60 in Prayer. God stoles currently give the 3rd best possible Prayer Bonus for neckwear, behind the Split dragontooth necklace and Demon horn necklace.
