This item is a toy made from ruby scales, obtained by stealing it from a crafting stall in Varrock in one of the subquests after Buyers and Cellars, called From Tiny Acorns.

- It was referred to as the "Ruby Dragon" in the Official Jagex Twitter hint for the week it came out, because of its ruby scales.
