Argonite boots are an item released with the Dungeoneering update. Interestingly enough, their defence is worse than that of Dragon Boots, yet they have better a strength bonus.
They can be made at level 61 Smithing with one Argonite bar, giving 64.5 experience. They require level 60 Defence to wear.
