The Salve robe top is the top part of the Salve set and can be made with 8 Crafting by using a Needle and Thread with 5 pieces of Salve cloth, obtained by using salve nettles on a spinning wheel in Daemonheim.
It is also a possible drop from Forgotten mages under level 10.
