The Mask part 4 is a drop from level 14 Skoblins, level 15 Corpse mages and level 9 Warped Rats in the Lumbridge Catacombs.
Warning! - if you die carrying any part of the mask you will not keep it and it will disappear. To get multiples of the mask/mask parts do not pick them up. Wait until you have the desired number of mask parts.
