The Mask part 3 is a drop from level 13 Corpse archers, level 12 Warped bats, and level 9 Warped rats in the Lumbridge Catacombs. It has a very similar inventory icon to Frozen key piece (zamorak).
Warning! - if you die carrying any part of the mask you will only keep it if you select it in the death screen. Otherwise, it will disappear.
