Enchanted flour is a quest item used to free the Lumbridge Sage in Recipe for Disaster. It is one of the three ingredients of a Cake of Guidance, the others being Enchanted egg and Enchanted milk. Enchanted flour can be made from a pot of flour by completing a memory test given by wizard Traiborn, who will then enchant the flour.
