Cave directions are a Quest item used in Glorious Memories. You obtain them from Brundt with one sentence of instructions. Upon helping Vargas and Mawnis the last 2 sentences get filled in which provides the player with enough information to find the ice cave. It's possible to get two of this item if you get directions from one person, bank them and then go to the next. This item has no use after the quest.
