The Toad label is a quest item used during the Swept Away. The label is given to players by Gus, along with 2 other labels: Newt label and Newts and toads label.
Gus asks players to correctly label the crates in Hetty's basement. Correctly labelling the crates will complete Hetty's task in the Swept Away quest.
