Erik Bonde is an NPC involved in the Spirit of Summer quest. He is one of the three spirits that traps the Spirit Beast. The other spirits are Jallek Lenkin and Meranek Thanatos. Jallek and Meranek used to work for Erik as farmhands.
In the Summer's End quest, it is mentioned that another farmland, Gargon, managed to escape the raid on Erik's farm. Everyone else was murdered.
He has a daughter named Summer Bonde, and was married to Jennica Bonde before she died. He was put to rest after finishing Summer's End.
The word "Bonde" is simply the Swedish, Danish and Norwegian word for "farmer". "Erik" is also a common Scandinavian name.
