The Oak cape rack is a piece of furniture that can be built in the Costume room of a player-owned house with the Construction skill.
The oak cape rack can hold most capes, with the exception of the Capes of Accomplishment, Veteran Cape, and Royal Cape. Building this cape rack requires at least 54 Construction, and 4 oak planks.
Cape racks can be flatpacked, and bought from the Grand Exchange. Building a flatpacked cape rack does not require the actual Construction level.
